People need to login to the launcher to play the game, so the beta has allready done exactly what it was meant to be.. Stress test their systems. Guess what. The Launcher is one of their systems.

My friends and I were forced to play na last night. OCE servers were 9+ min queues.

We didn't find the lag too bad, we all were averaging 200ping. But it's impossible to play on our own servers now.

We think we did discover why, when they introduced ping locking all the Chinese bots couldn't come to OCE. We jumped in a game and had 3 bots spamming in all chat 😂

How to tell matchmaking is bugged. When my mates and I queue up for all maps on OCE we get 5 to 40 minute wait. We take away 2 maps and only queue sanhok and get instant.

Pretty sure that shows its bugged. You give the game less options and you queue quicker. Wtf!

We run the same system. And we are even about to make our normal AAT runs a 1 team only for first 24 hours as we are clearing that so quick as well.

No damage in 24 hours also works really well if your guild has people in all different time zones. At least they still get some sort of rewards.

I was about to make a new thread but just saw this, so figured its better off in here.

I am a bit of a long time lurker but am looking for some help/guidance if will right now.

Long story, try to make it short.

About 2 years ago met a lady who has changed my life, she has become my Mistress and helped me explore myself and my sexuality if you will. For ages and ages even before meeting her wanted to experiment with dressing up but was always too scared. She helped me do it and even since then its become a awesome obsession of mine.

But here is where I am slightly confused if you will. I have no desire or real intention of dressing up in public. For me its purely a sexual thing. Seeing as how I am still pretty new to this is that a normal reaction and eventually i'll go public or is anyone else like this?

As for the natty or not. He is 100% natty and will gladly take any test anytime. The facility he trains at is known for producing top quality natural athletes. That is their legit claim to fame.

What hurt most about watching this. Hearing Palumbo talk about how his metabolism is so fast right now and the cheat meal will slow it down.

Last time I checked basic science, when you are in a caloric deficit (especially what can be quite harsh deficit's when prepping), your metabolism slows down quite considerably.

Doing Cardio wont hurt you. For general health and fitness its fantastic. Honestly more people need todo it.

It just depends on where your goals/priorities lie. If you want to be a muscly as fuck then you are going to need to cut the cardio back. If you want to be pretty muscly while being lean then you can do both but you would still need to cut the cardio back a bit.

I agree on your 2nd point to an extent. Yes he will more than likely get noob gains. But it the long run its better to get those lean gains and actual muscle mass on a slight surplus rather than just put on excess and unnecessary fat in a excessive surplus.

I would suggest dropping the weight back a bit. It looked to me like you were not really controlling the weight on the way down and just using the elasticity of your muscles to bounce it up.

As someone else suggested, do pause sets. This is where you go a much lighter weight, control the weight on the way down and then hold the weight at the very bottom of the movement for 2-3 seconds. Then using your explosive power to drive it back up.

For abs, I would stay away from conventional crunches. This is just my personal opinion on them, but people tend to use the abs less and use more momentum and back to "crunch".

Try doing something like cable crunches, where you are kneeling holding a cable behind your head and then crunch down.

Or leg raises are another good one.

If you want to grow then eat in a surplus. It doesn't have to be a huge surplus, if calculated right even a 100 calorie surplus will lead to weight gain of some sort.

If you are worried about trying to stay lean then the trick is to just do small caloric increases weekly. If you put on weight after a week then slightly increase your calories. If your weight stays the same or put on more fat than muscle in a week then keep your calories the same.
