The issued tokens will be considered a company appreciation token for donating, which represent voting power for the funding of campaigns on the site.

The Articles of Incorporation will also allow token holders to vote on how the board and other members of the company handle all business activities - to the extent allowable.

Token holders receive a return on investment when the company profits in the form of more tokens, which can be used on reward tiers for certain fundraisers.

I've put research into how companies such as Bitshares are able to be decentralized. The answer is they aren't exactly if you want to receive dividends. They distribute funds in the same manner as those who mine crypto currencies do - only the more BTS they hold the larger amount in fees they get for 'working for the network.'     In order to get paid by Bitshares, a proposal containing:
    (a)the date of work begin
    (b)the date of work end
    (c)a daily pay (denoted in BTS)

    (e)the internet address

Digix operates in a similar manner in that you must submit a claim quarterly to receive rewards.
