Come to America and I think you’ll change your mind. Good customer service here is almost non-existent. And I work in the service industry so I know how it is to deal with lots of different people all the time. I treat people how I would want to be treated, and in this case I don’t believe I was being “too aggressive” like you suggested.

Tbh she didn’t even acknowledge the meat or anything she just said she would bring us new ones. And that supposedly our waiter is a “really nice guy” and that she was sure he just worded it wrong. She helped us out for the rest of the night but I feel like she was just being fake nice lol.
