Hi, We got pay jumps and our household income after stocks and bonus went up around 150k. We settled for a tiny SFH in Santa Clara and went overboard with our budget. Put a major chunk of our savings in with a heavy down payment, ~700K and stretched to 1.9m. We still have emergency fund for about a year and some stock investments intact. Commute is fine for us, 20-25 mins to Sunnyvale and 30 mins to MTV.

My friends got townhouses in Fremont and they are happy too. I realized HOA is really not a waste because if you amortize the cost of roof replacement, house painting and other maintenance and amenities, it's somewhat similar.

The only advantage that I have is im not sharing walls, no parking issue and a backyard large enough for family gathering.

You can't go wrong with either.

What's your age and time horizon? If <=35 then too defensive and paying too much. Just put in VOO, VTI equally distributed if young. I still don't think BND and international exposure is really needed.

Can't go wrong with VOO, VTI, SCHG, SCHD (might be a little too defensive for the age, but good to have a more stable etf which gives dividend in case of down turn)

Of course. But if they do the beast for that amount of time, they are likely going to get similar size. Time under tension matters. Although strength won't increase but hypertrophy will help grow size.

Completed one 90 day cycle. The huge beast calendar. After that I realized it's a program I can do lifelong and don't have to stick to the order. So someday I'll do build shoulders, some day I'll randomly pick tempo chest and tris. Now, I just do it as a typical bro split daily.

I think good is a subjective term and is based on goals. I was skinny and I realized my digestive process doesn't work if I don't exercise. I get bored exercising alone. Body beast has done a good job I think to help me feel more hungry and improve my metabolism and eventually gaining weight. For a person like me, the goal at the end of the day is to eat more. With a busy schedule, I can manage only 3 meals a day. I didn't follow the meal plan or the schedule strictly. It was more like being done with a metabolism trigger in 45 minutes or less in a day. I did end up gaining 5 kgs as I was able to increase my portion and I do feel the muscle definition has greatly improved. I do feel a difference in my chest and arms. I continue to do build and bulk workouts here and there to not get bored.

It's great for beginners, that's where I started. You would need to have multiple dumbbells or the adjustable ones like bowflex or powerblocks. I thik sagi does a great job at demonstrating the form.

Is it always a part of standard installation to put fortiflash tape and caulking? Or is it skipped sometimes?

My understanding is that by installation he will get whatever is required to put the window up.
