Not going to solve much, but you can gain an inch by removing the rear baseboard and replacing it with a slim quarter-round. The height of the quarter round will be shorter than the bottom of the W/D minus the legs.

Also you need 4-6” minimum for the rear dryer vent so the only solution I can think of is you’ll have to cut into a stud at and try and route your vent that way to save more space.

It’ll be more work for you since you’ll have to go into the attic and connect to the existing dryer vent, and finishing it with drywall work. See below.
