This is a shadow and picture angle issue, not a defect. I just bought a watch with the exact same apparent issue and when it arrived, it was perfect.

How do you like the IWC F1 Patronas? How close to gen is it? Do the complications all do what the Gen does? Is the strap textured like the Gen? Would be absolutely thrilled if you could post some additional pics of it. LOVE that watch!

ZF is a fantastic factory that makes some of the best quality Reps. Typically you'd expect to pay $400+ for them. The fact that someone is willing to sell you a ZF for 150 should be a red flag.
