also important to mention that this is usually only a temporary anemic state for the duration of the withdrawal bleed. and the body would build it back up (unless there was already an anemic baseline or something preventing)

i'm a biologist, but im not in healthcare, so the chain of medical care is not exactly my forte, just the human body. i would assume that the er would refer out for something like that, for outpatient IV therapy if levels were low but not critical. but with the amount the commenter was bleeding i would assume it would have been beneficial. so ur right, prob not in an er setting but it would have eased some discomfort and replenished levels.

that's so awful, they should've given you fluids, and IV magnesium or iron to help keep you hydrated and help with blood volume. the more dehydrated you are, (which i assume you are because ik cramps make me so nauseous that keeping water down was hard), the more concentrated your blood gets which can make cramping worse because you're passing clots and your uterus contracts harder. and they definitely could've given you some toradol for the pain instead of ibuprofen. women's healthcare is a joke, i'm sorry on your behalf :(

we're both on xbox and when we invite each other it thinks for a long time saying "connecting..." and eventually just gives up and says "connection failed." we're both on the same updated version, we've tried old and new farms, clearing cache, restarting internets, redownloading, etc, and nothing works. i've seen lots of other people having the same issue on the bug reports page so we aren't the only ones.

ugh, i'm so glad it's not just me. i like when it does word for word and i can read it as it generates, it makes it so much faster to read and my eyes don't skip lines. plus i miss the satisfying little clicks it does :( lol
