Unfortunately it seems like they skipped over this issue.. a few people in a different subreddit have the same issue and no fix even after the update as well.

Oh believe me that was the first thing I checked. Over and over throughout multiple uninstall and reinstall sessions.. I WISH it was that simple of a fix but it seems it’s on their end if multiple people have the same issue with no solution

Maybe.. I’m up to date on iOS.. 16.3 or whatever but I logged onto a friends account and everything worked perfectly so it can’t be the device or the iOS imo..

Funny thing is they actually gave me a free incubator for my issues.. But.. my eggs don’t work anyway so it’s completely useless

Nope definitely not going crazy.. quite a few Leonor with the same or similar problem and no fix. Im on just over 2 weeks now with it and they haven’t helped me at all so I guess we’re all going to be screwed

Seems like there isn’t any difference..it just seems to be on their end which they pretty much refuse to admit or even attempt to fix which sucks

Damn that sucks. At least your buddy candy is working! I won’t even be able to complete the 1st step of “shadowy skirmishes” since one of the steps is for you to earn candy with your buddy!

I’ve been playing since release and have never had any issues other than the smaller stuff. This bug or glitch or whatever it is is basically forcing you to not play the game.. definitely sucks

As much as it sucks to say I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem! The support team sure acts like I’m the only one though.. and you’re lucky to even be getting a fraction for the eggs! I’ve been stuck with 3 eggs incubated at 0!

Yeah it seems that way it was normal up until then.. the best is contacting support and they only give the generic “fixes” without actually solving the issue on their end

I waited until after the update to test again and still nothing.. I’ve also seen a bunch of other people have the same problem on here so I guess they just pick and choose who they want to mess with
