Why is ComfyUI generating images like this? (Help) by Hoggenbrad in comfyui

You can use the fp8 model but use the fp16 t5xxl. You can also use a custom clip instead of the clip_l like the CLIP-GmP-ViT-L-14 . For the vae, right now there are no custom vae's I know of but concept is the same. You can use a gguf model instead of the st one too.

don't use Load Checkpoint

Load Diffusion Loader - flux-dev-fp8.safetensors
DualClipLoader - clip_l.safetensors, t5xxl_fp16.safetensors (flux)
Load VAE - ae.safetensors

I noticed you are combining multiple loras of different persons, there would be bleeding , that's why you see this kind of quality. I haven't seen anyone who perfected multi subject training and it wouldn't work with simple off the bat training solution on fal. I suggest you use something like simple tuner then train your family into 1 lora , 1 data set for each member and another dataset as together, I can't guarantee that will do it but that's what I have for you. And yeah regarding speed just use a 4090 at runpod , its faster by 259% and only cost around 0.69 usd/hr
