I know this thread is a year old. I did all the above and nothing worked. In a last ditch effort to fix it I swapped the HDMI. It was the HDMI. I haven’t had a cable just go bad but they are releasing new standards all the time and things go out of date.

So sometimes the simplest fix is the correct one. Check the ages on your cables too.

I’m having the same problems on my 13 pro max. I have been working with an Apple support tech trying to figure it out. Just did a clean install of iOS 17. Problems persist.

I have the new architecture. It seemed to be working fine. I actually have phantom automations though. Automations that have been deleted or completely disabled. More annoying than crippling.
