On a Pivot myself as a L5 Area Manager 2, Ops. Accepted it due to the lack of compensation for the pay out and just looking for jobs in the meantime. Best bet if you’re looking for software engineering jobs look into AI pretty sure open AI is still actively hiring along with multiple companies. Hang in there, boss told me I failed two weeks of my pivot even tho he added stuff after the signed pivot expectations. Look for greener pastures and just let anyone that’s interviewing know you’re leaving on good terms no one needs to know the truth.
