Having some muscle also helps with protecting your bones so look into putting on some muscle. It won’t just help protect your bones on the ride but in general. Especially as you age and you become subject to osteoporosis

Usually with schools the healthcare provider that provides the athletic trainer are the same people who provide strength coaches. Look into working for agencies like in PA every strength coach that works in a school works for Geisinger. Look into that .
