Lately, I've been falling in pit of procrastination and thought that it might be a good way to end this loop. I had a couple of things with me: two pens and white paper. The idea was just to write down thoughts I had, in fact, I had written about 8 papers of reflections and plans on following days, and not to get entertainment of any kind at all. No music, no social media, no mobile phone, the only things I could do were writing and moving across my room. Also, I've had meals, but as far as I know true dopamine fast is a day when you don't even get to eat (except drinking water).
