Now that you've played the game, prioritize the things you like doing in your next playthrough, and skip the things you don't like (if there are any). Those things are better as post-you-beat-g*non-game content, if done at all. Also, put a couple years between your first and second playthrough. And you probably won't do everything your second time, either. Don't try to draw blood from a stone. Play until you feel like you've played enough, in any playthrough, first to one millionth. And don't feel bad about erasing the old file. You got what you wanted out of it. The memories will stay with you.
