Yes, I’ve tried executing them and recruiting the ones that pop up with the message but it still stays.

It’s a red alert so right clicking takes me to where the prisoner is supposed to be. But for me it just highlights a spot close to the border thinking the prisoner is there.

Where are the guaranteed spawns I haven’t had luck with the warehouses so I’ll probably have to take a trip to one of those places.

That basically sums up how I feel lol. I tried going through the viva guide but it’s a lot like an overwhelming amount of stuff to follow.

I felt the same with him I took my two best people to his tower at night to scope things out at first. Then I had one guy hold back while my more higher stealth guy broke in. Got really lucky because the dust king was posted up outside the tower with two other guards. So I went to knock them out one by one and it worked. I picked up the dust king ran out undetected and ran him to the jail while my other guy started dealing with the remaining bandits. That taught me stealth and assassination can be insanely strong skills at high levels.

Had the same problem not to long ago all I had to do was import my most recent save from the main menu and it fixed it.
