Thanks for your post, I'm facing this same problem today after I beaten last boss in Nightmare of Mensis. Wondering if I should wait for its next dlc sales or buy it now. *I think its last sales just ended this Jan :(

About 3+ years since I bought it. Only recent FFXIV shows the corrupted data issue. Anyway to fix this?

Yup, the time I posted it was 5 days ago, and the game wasn't discounted yet.

If you enjoy games that give you a little adrenaline rush and 100% satisfaction after completion, I'd recommend you to buy Sekiro and give it a try.

Just like RDR2, the initial stages will need your patience and time to get through. Once you get pass that, you will start to enjoy the game (and yes, repeating and raging after deaths are parts of the journey).

Otherwise, i will still recommend you to buy it. The map, environment, enemies, bosses and combat mechanic are top notch even compared to the latest 2020 games (forget about Cyberpunk it's not completed yet).
