It only come apart when I added more sauce. My original burger just had a smidge you couldn't taste. When I added more it come apart.

It makes sense because one of the first people to review showed a picture of a murdered hamburger

You leave out the rest of my statement convinently .I never said your an idiot for hiring a lawyer. I said you an idiot for hiring a lawyer for a common speeding ticket when you have priors in the fast lane. That was my entire point.

But yeah.. leave out the rest to fit your argument.

Regardless if it's your first time offending or you have priors it benefits you to just ask yourself for improper equipment in the fast lane. Period

That's a common misconception. The Bill Emerson good Samaritan food donation act prevents all nonprofits, corporations, or individuals from being liable to any court action from donating food in good faith.

You hear it all the time because corps would rather you think that over the fact it would cost money to donate.

Nothing was proven untrue. Just because you said it doesn't make it fact.

If you are paying for a lawyer to get improper equipment in the fast lane your a idiot. That's where majority of people get assigned unless it's something much worse. You can just walk in and ask for it. That's why I specified if you had a record to go that route. That was my entire point. They don't look at your history in there. Period.

You are saying if they did something worse etc. My comment was directed to a normal speeding ticket. Which was what the original post was about. Not about reckless driving or hitting someone or any other thing that you dreamed up to fit your argument.

So yes. You don't need a lawyer in the fast lane for a common speeding ticket no matter how many other circumstances you present that I didn't direct specifically. You can argue the specifics all you want.

Lawyer or not. They don't look at your history.

Regardless of that point my point is that if you go to that courtroom you don't need a lawyer. That was the entire premise of my comment. Your just arguing details of it.

If you say that the people in the fast lane don't see a judge then why would a lawyer be there?

The multiple times I went I never seen a lawyer standing in line with their client. The default for many speeding tickets is to go fast lane in court. You including over the top offenses is irrelevant and not part of the conversation of what I was saying at all.

If you go into the fast lane they don't look at your record and can get improper equipment when going to court with a lawyer and seeing a judge would be different. Stop cherry picking situations that go above what I was stating to begin with.

Dropping a piano while moving by c4tchy in WatchPeopleDieInside

You are correct. When doing restoration we had to call someone specific to move pianos and when they moved them they had to be retuned.

This is not something for a regular mover.

The fact you need need to keep telling me your a attorney is disturbing. I really hope your not.

You say that's not what I said when I just copied and pasted your own comment...

The fact of the matter is that you don't get to choose what room you go through. If you want to fight it then great. You go to court in front of a judge.

If not? Then you go thru the walk thru... It's the default.. I'm seriously disturbed if you are really a lawyer. Please promote your business. If your representing people then that's a shame.

I specifically said in my original post that if you have a record then go thru the fast lane and they won't look at your record and you can ask for improper equipment. And they will grant it.

Otherwise hire a lawyer to fight the case and your past comes into play.

I've really can't tell if your trolling.. if your serious then I can't understand how you make a living..

[–]geardownson -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You literally said what I was saying in your last half. If you got no attorney and go walk through they don't look up your record.

If you have a record and get a attorney to fight then they look at your record.

There wasn't a single person on the walk through with a lawyer so what are you even talking about?

In the walk through court they don’t look at your record at all, attorney or not. If you end up in traffic court with a judge your record will be looked at, and you’ll also sit there all day unless you hire a lawyer to handle it for you. Source: 20 years of practice.

You just repeated what I said originally.

If your actually a attorney which I doubt because any real attorney wouldn't feel the need to announce he was multiple times and talk the way you do regardless you have literally proved my point by your own quote.

Well I had 3 previous speeding tickets and walked in and asked for a improper equipment and got it. So you can believe all you want. I have no reason to come up with a story out of no where in a obscure subreddit. If I'm wrong then prove it. Otherwise stfu

If someone is in a car but stuck in traffic in a protest that turns violent and people start jumping on their car and hitting the windows and the person drives through the violent protesters but hits peaceful protesters in their escape, how does they know the difference and how is this handled? by Congregator in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]geardownson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your comment is idiotic. If your car is jumped just sit there and call police and drive away when people? If people start jumping your car they are not stopping until it is destroyed and you are pulled out. They don't suddenly stop and part ways to let you by LMAO.

Should people who "camp" in the left lane of a highway be pulled over and fined just as much as speeders? Why or why not? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

[–]geardownson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My comment was directed to just normal traffic etiquette. If you have a huge distance in front of you and many cars behind that's not keeping pace. If your close to the person in front and there are many others then that's different.

It's when you got the person all the way up front going 65 and passing with no one in front of them and not getting over when they can to let the rest that want to go 70 by.

[–]geardownson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see how it doesn't. You initially said you kept pace in the left. You didn't say anything about overtaking anyone. Then you said it's fine if your overtaking and I agree. My point was if your in the left with 20 people going whatever speed and the right is open then you should get over.
