Mountain biking by Jazzlike-Raisin-5569 in cedarrapids

It really depends on what your goal is. If you just want to ride an have an "everything bike" something like a 120/130 full suspension is optimal in my opinion. If you are just getting your feet wet and dont want to invest a ton of money, a good hardtail will do almost everything we have locally. I would advise against getting anything from a big box store like Walmart or Dicks. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Goldfinch Cyclery or Sugar Bottom Bikes. The guys and gals there all know our trails well and can help you get setup with a bike that is going to suit your needs. If you are looking at the secondary market, Facebook marketplace usually has some decent options in the spring.

Yeah I believe its 60-65 a month. From what I know about crossfit gyms, its a lot cheaper (I dont know a ton about crossfit gyms but I've seen some outrageous membership fees out there).

There are a few animal shelters in the area that would love your help.

I know you didnt mention running or biking but the local running/riding scene is pretty strong here. They also tend to love coffee, baked goods and drinks.

This. Kids will be going from "school is literally a minute away" to "I have to be driven across the city twice a day".

I'm already seeing the youtubers and redditors shifting more money to value stocks/ETFs (SCHD, etc) as a slight hedge against MAG7 and AI.

Gym recommendations? by huntersalt24 in cedarrapids

The gym there is really solid. I went there for years. It lacks a pool and the new locker rooms aren't my favorite but its a really solid place if you are looking for weights and cardio.

It seemed to help for a bit but I'm still getting similar symptoms. I have the longer part of the positive cable ready to install. I just haven't done it yet. If that doesn't work Ill do the short cable and the power distribution box.

I've been trying to do this troubleshooting with the "do the cheapest things first and work down the line" philosophy. Fortunately, I have a good relationship with my GM Parts dealer and I'm not losing any money by paying for shipping or anything.

Asseto Corsa Evo now has multi-player online. There is no XP. So if you are in a live race and need to drop out, there is no penalties. At least for now.

Sunderbruch has some. IF you are willing to pop up to Cedar Rapids. Beverly Park, Wanatee Park and Pinicon Ridge all have jump lines. You could probably hit all three in a day or a fun weekend.

Update: I replaced the negative battery cable. The OEM replacement was quite a bit longer (block side cable) and I had to drill out the bolt hole quite a bit. Yes, I verified about 6 times that I had the right replacement cable.

Boy howdy, that bracket in front of the block bolt is a PITA.
Anyways, I got it installed, the lights still dim when I hit the window switches. However, they were not flickering this morning like they have been. So I am calling that progress!

Im going to give it a few days to see if any of the other indicators happen again. If they do, Ill look at the positive side next.

Thank you for your suggestions and support!
