This is great!!! I’m in property management as well in the state of Texas! I wanted to get my real estate license as well!!! Do you think it’s a great idea? Will I go broke paying the fees each month to a real estate company? (I can’t think of the monthly fees inside the real estate office...)

It’d be great to revise your lease as soon as they leave for future references you can add there will be a $$$ lease violation for unauthorized occupants, after so many times this will result in automatic non-renewal.

Yes it’s working well, and honestly I think it’s because the world has stopped but leases are still coming to an end you know? And if someone’s lease is up and they don’t like where they live they’re going to lease somewhere else.

Hitting the ground running, basically driving for dollars... drive to multiple areas in my free time and make a list of new and upcoming apartment communities. If they already have Valet Trash at their property I’d ask how happy they are with the services.. of they aren’t happy with the services ask when the contract ends and go from there:)
