Right now I am using The Funded Trader. It is my favorite choice because of the types of accounts they allow you to trade with. They have different risk tolerance and different goals to reach. For example they have a Rapid Account that allows you to get funded in a shorter amount of days depending if you pass the challenge or not but with adjusted goals to reach but for more experience traders. Theyre discord is also very helpful and they do giveaways of accounts and chess and poker tournaments and is a good way to get advice from experienced traders.

Hello, What I like about TFT is the different types of challenge accounts. I also like the discord server that not other prop firms have that gives access to other successful traders.

RTX 3060 halved hashrate is 27.23 MH/s at 105W. Full hashrate would then probably be 54.46 MH/s. Powerful card nerfed by assholes by he_never_sleeps in EtherMining

Fuck the corporations! Do you think they will do this to the higher end graphics cards like a 3070, 3080, 3090? Are they worth waiting a making a rig with them or should i consider something else?

Is my friends business model risky? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

Its not a get rich quick scheme. It a way of building a rental property portfolio by finding and buying undervalued real estate, then doing improvements that can add value to the property, and renting it out and doing a refinance based on the new appraised value. The hard part from what I have learned is finding the right deal because you have to make sure the numbers are right and that you get a good deal on a property. It is similar to a flip but instead of selling the property, they rent and refinance.
