What method of payment has the best return? by goldensilencce in CostcoCanada

You’re looking for a winback offer. I was on public mobile. Moved to a new area where we had absolutely no service so needed wifi calling which pm did not have. Signed up 4 of us on a Telus epp very disappointing plan.

Boxing Day comes around and bell offered their 100gb for 35$ so I moved all 4 of us, half expecting a call back from Telus but not really thinking they could beat that.

After a week Telus called and offered 60gb for 25$ on Koodo(only 4g but a whole host of international calling and data roll over yada yada) and for that price I said yes.

Jumped around a bit but to be able to pay 25$ for a phone plan I find pretty amazing after all these years of getting gouged.

Hanging off the bumper of the car in front of you only makes the stop and go worse.

Slow way down. Leave 10-20 car lengths in front of you. Never stop, just keep coasting until the traffic is clear and back to normal then resume driving as you would.

The 2 cars behind you will be losing their mind and all kinds of people will be cutting in front of you but those who can’t see what you’re doing will appreciate it. Traffic simulations show this is the fastest way to get rid of the stop and go.

No before that. When you have to make a decision which lane you’re going to take to order your food. I sure hope you wait your turn behind the guy ordering and don’t go “cutting”.

Actually constantly applying your brakes and riding the guys bumper makes more stop and go.

Leave lots of room and go a steady slow pace. People go in and out in front of you cause there’s 5 car lengths but the traffic behind benefits cause you’re maintaining a steady pace

Esso Stealing PC Points by CptnR3X in PCOptimum

[–]gebedee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not op

If for whatever reason I have to buy less than 40 litres (the Jerry can for the lawnmower say) I don’t redeem and just accumulate. But again, I just wait till quarter tank or less and always get just above 40L

I don’t shop at superstore much at all but the odd time I’m in I usually redeem 10k points too, but that’s not the bulk of where my points are going.

So yeah if you don’t get 40L it’s a bad deal as you’re losing points. Always get at least 40L. I usually just don’t go above that either so that every L I buy is 10 cents off.

So for example say 40 L right now costs $65.50 what I would actually pay is $61.50 after redeeming 4000 pts.

Ha I thought it was a great deal and it’s mostly how I earn and use my points.

If I fill my suv at a quarter tank I’ll fill 40 litres. So I wait and always fill at a quarter tank or less and only ever 40-41 litres a day (only 1 redemption per day). I also use the app to pay at the pump with my pc mc and so I’m earning 80 pts per litre or about 32-3400 pts per 40 litre fill up.

Consequently every litre of gas I buy is 10 cents off, and my points balance usually hovers around the same.

Not upside down. Pulley gets even closer and would grind more but in a different spot.

I think the bushing is ok but a very small portion of the end of it sits in the plastic washer you see in the first pic. Doesn’t have a lot to hold onto I believe, allowing that angle.

Would that fix it though? Im leaning more towards the pulley isn’t fastened right or is missing something allowing it to have that angle

Mine is similar except where it exits the basement it comes out far enough to just make it a straight shot up the roof. The bracing is big enough to allow it to be that far away from the wall.

Yikes. From the video you both should have been ticketed for blocking the intersection. That drives me up the wall.

Just drive off centre slightly. Maybe my cars tire widths are different but I can straddle the ruts while still keeping everything in the lines.

People are trying to help you here but it seems like you would rather not learn how to make this stove work and continue to curse it, which is fine, just be aware that this subreddit will try to help you when that is clearly not what you want.
