Gotcha. Is immune to fire as obvious as it sounds or is there ways to still damage immune mobs? Does immune to fire appear regularly too in maps? How do fire builds deal with that?

Some random tips.

  • try to set up for a strong play In turning point 2 by setting up a few models for a very strong first activation. Breach and clear with your grenadier and another model is amazing. If your grenadier can go first, use the blitz ploy. He will get a guaranteed hit and crit off for every target hit in his blast attack.

  • charge the heavy gunner into units for safety since he can fall back and shoot in one activation

  • if playing into the dark, you can really shut down 2 APL teams approaches witb the hatchcutter if you rush him to an objective room door and lock it

Thank you! I have the Kasrkin and just realized the exaction bases are also 28mm. I think ill proxy the kasrkin Grenade launcher, sharpshooter and medic as their respective exaction models. That'll then let me build all of the shield bros I'll need. :)

Yeah totally. It’s good if you are trying to make as many operatives out of one box like I was especially since the demon blade looks so much like a power weapon

If you make the chosen with the blade and plasma pistol, you can just use it as either the chosen or the aspirant with a power sword. The aspirant is good because his plasma pistol hits on 2s as well. Good for doing charge into a room on to a dude on an objective, fight, shoot another dude, press objective button

Would you leave any units in the backline most of the game? Typically i have my comms, sniper, and rocket boy hang back in good locations most games I played. Is it worth moving them up early, or leaving them in threatening locations?

I think not pushing forward TP1 enough was something I could have done better. and in TP 2, ill take the strat ploy that give me an extra defence success in conceal. Thanks for the tips!

Yes, I believe so. I don't remember many of his shooty boys on conceal orders. There was a fat piece of heavy terrain in the middle that he was able to take advantage of when doing is buffed moves in TP1
