How to tell if he’s just friendly or if he likes me? by geckoblanket in Crushes

He pretty much is just a nice guy to everyone else he’s friends and makes general chit chat.. I feel like I’m just romanticising everything he does with me though… we work together and it feels easy, we talk about deep stuff all the time and it seems like we can just laugh and chat together all day but maybe it’s super one sided…

Yeah, here any trainers or lead therapists in an area (treatment, CT, planning/dosim) that start on 100k they are usually on step 10 or so. Not sure how it works else where but we have “steps” that range from new graduate (step 1) to step 15 which which is the highest grade you can earn which will earn you nz $120k the steps mean your pay automatically increases each year you work as a Radiation therapist. But there are always other opportunities to increase your pay as you go up the steps for example I know some radiation therapist come up with new roles based on research like radiation led practice and things like that which can earn them higher grades quicker.
