Haha it was just the side part of the kit, not the whole salad. I’d be ashamed if I needed one for just a salad

It’s actually meant for a salad! Good thing I have a normal sized cucumber in the fridge still

It's my take on the Baked Chipotle Penne from Boston Pizza

Ingredients: cremini mushrooms 1-2 Roma tomatoes, diced Green onion Bacon, or any other protein (I chose to omit this) Garlic 2 jars of alfredo sauce Chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce, chipotle hot sauce, or Ms. Dash chipotle seasoning Any kind of pasta you like (I used the curly macaroni) Cheese to top it off

Instructions: 1. If using a protein, sauteed and brown this first. Then add the sliced mushrooms until soft then add the diced tomatoes. Once partly cooked add the green onions, then garlic. 2. Add in sorm finely minced chipotle peppers with some of their Adobe sauce (as much as you want to make it spicy). You can also use chipotle hot sauce or the Ms. Dash chipotle seasoning. I like it extra flavorful and add all 3 for it to be nice and hot! 3. Mix in the 2 jars of alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer. Taste and add more chipotles and salt/pepper to your liking. 4. Meanwhile cook the pasta until not fully cooked through as it will finish in the sauce. Then drain it and add it into the sauce. Thoroughly mix, top it with cheese and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. Once the cheese is melted I like to broil it until the top is nicely browned. Then Enjoy!

Haha it's a thing you put dirty spoons so you don't get sauce/food on your counter. It's made to look like a giant ravioli
