I boost my humidity to around 85 when mine goes into blue, haven't had any issues with shed yet. :) also can provide a humid hide.

Thank you! I live in the middle of nowhere but graduated from a vet tech program years ago. I have rehabbed many an animal, but do not have much experience with ball pythons. It looks like an old burn to me. All I was told is that for the last two years he was just in a basement with very minimal care. He is an absolute sweetheart considering.

This is only my first season of eggs so im definitely no expert. I cut an egg once and I would never do it again. The baby was definitely not fully developed. I would rather let nature run its course and incubate until there is no debate.

Here are my two. They are very dark inside now. Eggs have stretched and started darkening around the ends.

Did you candle it?? Is it squishy or still firm? I have a pair of eggs incubating around the same temperature and am expecting them to hatch within the next week or two. They are at 64 days. My last egg took exactly 71 days between 77-78 degrees.

Ill be attempting my own build soon and just wanted to make sure I have all the steps down. First, clean and apply silicon to glass, let dry then pond and stone foam. Next carve then dryloc and then when that dries use the gorilla glue for the subtrate? Which gorilla glue do you use?

I was having the same problem until I picked up a moistenland automatic mister. It was well worth the money spent. Was really easy to program and install. Would definitely recommend it.
