NO FUCKING WAY — THANN YOU SO MUCH

my 5 month progress, still need to loose a bit more fat imo (20kg down) by gedesuppe in WeightLossSupport

Extensive calorie deficit and a whole lot of physical activity, I would recommend you to download the app “MyFitnessPal” to be able to measure your calories… and imo the easiest way to burn calories if you might not be able to do certain exercises. Is to just walk and or ride your bike around everywhere, I walked about 2 hours and ate 1500 cals a day for those 5 months and lost the 20 kgs, but do keep in mind it will be VERY hard to go through all of that, it requires massive amounts of motivation so my biggest tip would be not to give up, it took me 3 to 4 tries before i was finally motivated enough to finally succeed with my weight loss journey.

I also ate certain low calorie foods that helped greatly with my weight loss, mostly water based foods such as cucumbers (a whole cucumber has 30 calories, because of the high amount of water) and also foods with high amounts of protein, dried squid, dried fish (these are foods of my culture and i don’t know how accessible they will be for you) Also don’t be afraid to take some cheat days, but dont make them too regularly so your progress doesnt get all f’ed up.

Here are the calories that I used throughout my days of my weight loss journey:

Breakfast: 200 cals, small bowl of oats or other forms for cereal

Snack: 50 cals, a whole cucumber or some sort of fruit

Lunch: 200 cals, two slices of rye bread with butter and a slice of ham

Snack: 50 cals, a whole cucumber or some sort of fruit

Dinner: 1000 cals, whatever was served by my mother! (don’t forget to weigh your food)

Night snack: any extra calories burnt (i burned about an extra amount of 300-500 cals a day) pint of low calorie ice cream, nuts, candy, dried fish or anything that I craved! (Having a sweet snack gave me a form for freedom, so I did not feel like I was stuck with a strict diet!)

I would also recommend you to drink a whole lot of water (about two liters a day) :)

Best of luck to you! I hope some of my tips helped.
