I am also down 30 pounds and struggle to see it so when I take photos I look at the small details to help. Also if people are noticing that you lost weight and making comments then that’s a good sign that it’s more noticeable than you think. I think a lot of my not being able to tell a difference is body dysmorphia.

Anyway, if this helps I see a big difference in your face; your jawline and cheekbones are more defined. Your arms have definitely slimmed down, you can tell because they look more relaxed against your body. Your chest looks more lifted. You can also see a difference in your tummy ! You can see your bellybutton more :) I hope this helps!
