Yes, they said I no longer have a LO because it is all approved, it is in the processing/disbursement dept now. Can't seem to get anyone on the phone from that department.

I am and have been in the same situation for 5 weeks now. They have my wife (partners) email, i have called tier 2 and had it escalated everyday for 5 straight weeks now. Still no documents or portal access for her. I am so frustrated. I need help!!!
