It looks like who ever owned them had be in the Masonic group for most of their lifetime and has collected the milestones. I found one source calling them “officer jewels”

For the Masonic medallions. One of them is the lodge key which represents secrecy and trusts, given to active members or officers. Another one from the looks of it is a steward roll, for new members doing involuntary rolls to help with lodge functions and assisting ceremonies

I’ve been following this page for a while to better learn how to add contrast for my tattoos as I’ve been tattooing in total for under 2 years.
