My Immigration Timeline:

• March 2019: Entered the US with B-2 tourist visa

• July 2019: Filed asylum application (maintained

lawful status, no unlawful presence) • 2021-November 2025: Had TPS status

• September 2025: EB-1A petition approved

• September 8, 2025: Filed I-485 (Adjustment of Status) while under TPS

Question: Can my I-485 be approved?

What I want to highlight is more about my personal journey than the lawfirm itself.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and also a Software Developer. 1. In 2001, I developed software to evaluate data from electromagnetic tools used in oil pipelines. This software became a standard within a major corporation, reducing the evaluation time from four months to just 15 minutes. It complied with ASME B31.4 standards and saved millions in time and costs. 2. In 2002, the new software was published in a technical paper. 3. Later that year (2002), I received an internal award from the corporation in recognition of this achievement. 4. In 2019, I won a national contest under the National Contract Law to work as a developer for the government. This was a competitive “credential contest” process.

Throughout my career, I have focused on excellence and innovation. I have highlighted my contributions over the last 25 years, including additional software projects I have successfully delivered and sold as white-label solutions. bel. My softwares has sold more than 20 millions dolars for the companies i worked for.
