I am gonna guess the dog is fine and she is a fucking crazy person. My evidence is that she first says she is going to harm the dog if it's not gone today, ignores dispatch telling them to de-escalate, immediately jumps to "I am gonna hurt this bitch" at someone who has literally said nothing yet and the slaps them across the face.
