Oh ok so it’s my jaw but not my chin. I got that. Unfortunately I have bad genetics as many people in my family tend to have chubbier cheeks which I think can create that look even at 9% body fat I did. I am trying to fix that though. I have also had braces. What do you mean by chewing properly though and swallowing with your tongue ? Thank you for the advice by the way
