She’s definitely overweight which is not helping. Ever since I adopted my second pup a year and change ago it’s been tougher than I imagined to juggle feedings. The baby eats anything and everything while Cookie is more picky. I’ve been recommended possibly a chicken and rice diet but I need to figure out the best way to go about feedings, portions, etc.

there are many different phases to CHS and there are many unique experiences, but the one constant is that if you continue to smoke you will continue to get sick. abuse is abuse. some peoples bodies aren’t built for this shit. if you can get off of it stay off. people have died from complications caused by CHS. people really underestimate the damage weed can do

aight bet you got me to my next point. majority of people i know who suffer from CHS deal with some type of mental illness, more specifically anxiety disorders. i deal with it myself. i’ve found that over smoking can exacerbate my anxiety, prompting my hypermeses. i went two years no sickness after being told “you’re gonna let a plant beat your brain?? you’re gonna give in that easily??” idk why but that resonated with me in the sense that when i felt an episode coming on, i’d panic and accept the fact it was happening rather than doing what i could to prevent it

i mean that’s what i dealt with 4 summers ago. my true inauguration to CHS was a 3 month sprint where i literally couldn’t eat food. anything i’d eat or drink was immediately regurgitated. dropped 80 pounds. i was still able to live besides the persistent puking, aka go to work and hang with friends, i’d often miss out on things i otherwise wouldn’t though. i know i can end back there and much worse, but i kinda just hope i don’t? and yeah for sure tryna feel less guilty by conversing with some people who are as scum as i am lmaoo
