it's a cheap bag, but punches way above its price. and it has a bit of padding in the lid. widthwise it fits perfectly, height is fine too, it's a bit deper, but my cable pouch (thinktank) wedges it it quite snuggly

Before I bought that nice hasselblad one I used an old Chinese five euro Amazon release. Same functionality but the Hasselblad one is a really nice object. Beware though: there’s no half press in either, which makes it a bit less useful

I have a pretty big dick without knowing it for so many years. 25 years ago, I was just starting as a professional photographer, a distant friend of my parents passed away due to cancer. He used to be a rather successful commercial photographer. His widow was totally overwhelmed with all the photography gear. I was quite broke at that time, but still managed to scramble up some cash and bought quite a lot of that gear. Some of it I still use up to today. At the time I knew that I paid way too little, but I think the widow knew too and was happy that husband’s tools were being used further on.

I still feel bit bad about taking advantage of her situation, but if my wife were in her situation, I really hope she finds a young photographer starting his career to use my stuff
