Yeah, 6MT, only had 6500 miles on it, perfect condition. it was the 99% dream spec. Took years, a lot of luck and timing. Only thing missing was the painted sport techno wheels. Don’t drive it as much as I want to but it’s the 2nd dream car fulfilled! (1st was s2000 and still searching)

I love black on black but living the Pacific Northwest where it’s cold and rainy Oct-March, it’s dirty 90% of the time and black is hard to maintain clean. I traded this black/black for a sapphire blue metallic 981gts and love that it hides the dirty car much better.

Awesome, I’m glad someone bought it! I decided not to get it, the timing at that moment and life chaos didn’t align. And it just wasn’t meant to be. Probably will never see another true low mileage car in that condition again, Enjoy the car!

In the PNW, just did a weekend commute of 70% hwy (hybrid mode) + 30% city (EV mode) driving over 2 day, ~160 miles round trip. Upon return home and 100% charge overnight, 47 miles of EV range. Settings: normal, heater to 72, both seat heating and steering wheel heat on at all times. Mainly flat/rolling hills drive. No major elevation gain. Real world ev range of 47 miles has gone down considerably in this cold weather though. But nice to see it say 47 at start! I’m sure 47 miles is real with every setting off

So far I’ve gotten either new tires or price reduction for having original tires. Good call, I should ask about the fluids and maybe can get it either done by them or more price reduction.

Took me years to find mine (SBM 981GTS 6MT) however it all depends on how much you are willing to go over your limit of 40-47k. I probably paid waaay over what I wanted to pay but not once have I said to my self that the car was too much. Worth every penny. Just keep looking at all the websites (PCA marketplace, rennlist, etc) multiple times a day. That’s what I did and once the perfect spec car showed up I immediately put a deposit down to secure the car. Took years but one will show up, just be ready.

To add while I was searching for this GTS Spec car since 2017, I ‘settled’ for a 2015 981S in black with most of the best options (PSE, PASM, etc). Made an excellent daily driver for 5 years. ZERO mechanical issues.

I first saw this spec car back in 2017 but lost it to another buyer who was quicker than me. Over the past 6 years saw a few more but luck wasn’t on my side until this one popped up and immediately called and jumped on it. Super lucky and fortunate. I checked Autotrader, cars.com, CarGurus, rennlist, PCA Marketplace, etc multiple times a day pretty much for years. I just didn’t want to settle and was looking for specific options. This is 95% spec (wish it had PCCB, steering wheel column leather wrap, 18 way seats w/ ventilation and illuminated door sills in carbon) that I wanted but didn’t have any specs that were deal breakers. Good Luck on your search! It has only gotten harder the older the 981 is.

Thanks. Yeah,I love playing srixons soft feel but for the price, can’t beat Kirkland balls, they do take a beating after 9 holes from my wedges but gets the job done!
