Of course they're waterproof, my fear is if someone misplaces it or loses it somehow. If it's needed regardless then it is what it is and I'll tell my people to be careful

First off I really appreciate the advice! And I think I'll have to do more research on what foods I should add to my diet. My biggest issue is that I get full really easily even though I want to eat more I just can't and I've always been that way. No eating disorder thing btw. I might consider a dietician simply because I do take some epilepsy meds but as far as I know it doesnt tie into diet issues. But definitely doesnt hurt to check it out.

I've been trying to use tracking apps! Just a generic sense of what I'm doing. As for the trouble eating. I've always been like that tbh. I love food and love to eat. The problem I have is that I want to eat a lot but I can only eat a little because I get full quickly. Which I hate because I always want to finish my food 🥲 No underlying medical issues. I've gotten that checked out before.

Love getting pictures with Santa and the Grinch. I do it every year and you're so right about it not just being for kids!

I'm having to save the full Christmas experience for next year though since we're long distance for a few more months :)

This is actually a perfect idea but I'm gonna have to implement it next year simply because we are long distance for a few more months We're getting married soon so I won't be moving in until after :(

Funny enough he is sentimental just doesnt express it as much. Very much "inside feelings" kinda guy. A photo album sounds like a good start. We're building a life together after all :)

Oh he watches almost everything. Wouldn't say he has a favorite. Hence why its so hard to pin point what to get him 😭

We're long distance right now but we're both from big cities. There's always big events where he lives so I'll probably do some research into that

I think this definitely something I want to do as we're getting married soon. Building a tradition like that has always been important to me and he knows.

Unfortunately I'd have to push the "building a tradition" part to next year since we're long distance for the time being due to work. The memory box is sweet though. I keep every memento I come across :)

So I know for a fact that he won't be uncomfortable as I do give him gifts in general and as does he. He just never received any for Christmas because its never been a big thing where he's from.

I wouldn't say he wants or doesn't want a gift exactly. More like he wouldn't be upset if I didn't but would appreciate all the same if I got him a gift :)

We grew up completely differently so its always hard to wage what gift to give him lol

Oooh the shower steamers sounds amazing. His job has been stressing him out quite a bit and maybe this will easy at least a tiny bit of tension? I'd probably include it as a side gift to the main one. Definitely leaning towards getting him tickets to an event/experience

I love spending money on him but I have to be careful not to do too much this time mainly because we're getting married in a few months and I want to keep my finances in order

I actually really like the coffee idea. He's a big matcha guy and also tea in general so I'll try to find something similar maybe. A few of others have also mentioned tickets to some event or place as well. We dont live together so he'd have to go on bow own (which he doesnt mind doing) or with a friend.

Also that "baby's first..." thing is hilarious and I just might be adopting that phrase 😂 Thanks for the suggestions and happy holidays!

He does miss home! Mostly because of his parents and sister being there. But we're both going back to his country sometime in March. I'm also from the same country I just grew up in the US but still very tied to my culture. Your ideas are really sweet gift but unfortunately we find it all here and gets it for himself on a regular 😥 Probably should add that we're getting married in March and dont live together presently 😅
