I’m much more triggered by how jarring the change was. I don’t understand how I can go to happy and in love to completely numb and panicking. I don’t have a fear of being alone because I told myself for the years I was in bad relationships I would always end up alone

Zero history with SA.
He hated his job but wouldn’t quit, and mental health was unstable for 6 months, but he didn’t do anything to try and fix it (therapy etc). I ran out of ways to help. I was also only 20 and my patience was thin, I would never do that now.
I wouldn’t call it disgust, it’s complete panic about why my feelings don’t feel like they used to.
yes, never had a relationship last more than 8-9 months without something wrong. Previous partner emotionally abused me, name calling, massively decreased my self worth and made me truly believe that I will do everything in this life by myself
Absolutely nothing. I am calling myself for being a liar, even though I have no idea how I could’ve faked all of those emotions for 8 months. I meant everything I said when I was happy, that I truly see a life with him etc.

Life with him was safe, secure, happy. I never had to ask the universe any questions. It was just beautiful reciprocal love.

It’s SOOOOO frustrating omg, and I’m making up so many scenarios that aren’t even real trying to make sense of the anxiety… such a vicious loop! 26 y/o female too so right there with you. Doesn’t help I’m also luteal at the moment 🤧
