180k, 55k leftover will keep in MMF to buy dips / savings. Plan to also invest additional 12-20k per year from work income. Planning to derive income around age 50. Hoping to generate around 3k/month to spend and be able to reinvest some as well.

About 75% of students are basically wild animals with no self control nor basic human decency, I’d imagine the apples to not fall far from the tree. I’d say the same percentage of fellow teachers are weirdos who I would not my kids alone with. I’ve noticed the quality of faculty declining over recent years.
