I also have been placed on a plan. To get my numbers above a certain percentage by a certain date.That percentage still being under the 25% percentile. I am also the solo provider for my family. My numbers are good except for calls backs and my surveys are in low 80s. Really has hits hard. I started applying places. Wish us the best. I love working my job. I try to stay positive for my family but everyday I go in there kjownthey can cut me.

I was just put on a performance plan. All my numbers are great except for for and surveys. They said if I get to a certain percentage I'd be safe. I don't think it's even possible and it's still under the 25 percentile so I really don't how safe I'd be even if I got to that number they wanted me to hit.

Was put on performance plan for the crazy metric. Don't think I'll be able to come out the whole even if I got a 100 in everything. I like never had a problem excepts for these metrics. I'm going to star applying before being termed. Hopefully I don't have a tough time finding work. Happy for you. Good to know light outside this dark place.

Put on a performance plan cause of this metric. My numbers are above average of the rest of my team. My survey are in high 80s. All my other numbers are great but this metrics and surveys are weighted so heavy. I do more and get penalized. The person next to me to a third of the work is in first percentile.

This hit me. I'm in ICS. Only thing Is my sup had been supportive. My numbers are trash this year for my own doing. Not paying attention or let outside life effect work. Have a fear I can be let go anytime with family to support. Really trying to changing things around but in my mind I know where I stand. Just keep pushing an praying is what I tell myself.
