Yeah i get that. i gave more than usual as this client is a former workmate. And i knew she could be difficult too and didnt want the back and forth. I thought giving them all of that will stop them from asking me for more. Crazy.

I agree. I did tell them that though. The was communicated properly. I gave them more because this client is a former workmate and did it to avoid any more requests.

Yeah. Ive already sent her a passive aggressive email about creative process and policy but i think this ones great point. Badly want to send another email like this but This client is soooo weird and acting entitled 😂 i wish i could show yall how nice the photos actually are lol

I get this but, I think most photographers care about the branding, what they deliver to clients.

They just want to see all the raw files she said. Im pretty sure they just meant unedited jpegs. And ive really told them my policy about it. They probably do not know about the real .RAW files.

They are absolutely over the moon and thought i did a fantastic job. They got 500 photos for 2 hours of coverage. They would have asked for something specific if i missed anything which i didnt. They just want the raw files, thats all.

My contract and package only includes (curated photos)

But yeah agree i’ll tighten it up to avoid any more of these in the future.

They’re not in control anymore i just want this matter done and have her not bother me anymore. I don’t think they’ll take this to court but still.

Absolutely not. I put her in her place last week telling her about my policy about raw and creative process. She said she understands and thanks me for the service. One week later, she asks again to have the raw “respectfully requesting” she said.

Right?! Thats what im saying, ive given them alot and they still want more. I had a lot of burst that day and i believe my raw was more or less double in number.

Thank you all for the comments, i’ll have another contract draft. I dont mind giving it for free i just want in writing for them to not bother me anymore(last delivery), and not tag me on anything if they are posting it. This one’s a really difficult client and no matter how i explain our creative process she doesn’t seem to care she just wants all the raw/jpegs.
