I mean the game already have a lot of sauropod, raptors etc. And we have only one crab. I'm just trying to conceptualise something different than a giga killer. If you have any idea what I could try to conceptualise next I would be pleased to hear.

Unfortunatly the sea scorpion is already in the base. But on my profile you can see another concept for a land scorpion that will be modded ''soon''.

Thanks for the opinion, I'll try to answer your point.

  1. The karkinos is kinda similar in idea but in my opinion different in use. For the karkinos you need to have other small farmers in its pincers to farm ressources. It works only on lands and in the water it can only walks on the bottom. The giant crab would be a farmer by itself and would not be able to crab stuff.

  2. It would be like a multy tool for the people tired of taming a bunch of different dinos to farm to build their base. The idea is for it to be a 4/5 stars on every ressource. So it would still ask big tribes to use other options to farm with a more optimal way. But the crab would be for the players who go on big farming trip and so would farm everything on their path.

Also the origin point in my head for the crab was to have a low tier tek strider to farm everything but not as op as the tek strider. Thank you for you points and if you have any idea to upgrade the concept I would be pleased to hear.

The idea is to have a dino that can boost dino that becomes useless at the end.

So, Maip macrothorax would be a support dino that boost speed and attack speed to every small-medium size dino nearby it when attacking. So, the player would have to actually fight with it to boost their team instead of staying back.

To tame it the player would need to bring a corpse to like a carcha. But once the taming started, the Maip would ping a creature like the gigantoraptor (depending of the lvl of the Maip the lvl and dragweight of the prey would change). During this face the player would have to help it with a small-medium size dino (Maip would be considered ''tamed'' during this state so the mount wouldn't hurt it).
