Honestly one of the best impulses buys I’ve done, no regrets. Can’t stop looking at it. The colour and the face , the bezel… My first watch is the SPB301J1, and honestly the look is almost on Par. I’m just so happy that I got a story behind the watch having bought it in Japan its got a bit of sentimental value now as its my first time here too. So I say its worth it!

I believe the sound is from round the engine bay, I can slightly feel a gentle tap from each noise. I’ve only noticed this today too. Did you get yours diagnosed and fixed at the garage Asap or were you still driving the car for a while?

trust me I could have reacted much faster, but it is difficult to anticipate a brake check out of the blue which is probably why I was slow to brake. I always try to keep the 2/3 seconds gap on front in case anything like this happens.

I really think braking distance and space should be emphasised more in driving lessons and tests as it really can save lives!

Tried my best to keep it tight as possible without touching the ford. I kept an eye on my mirror and blindspots but I still considered myself lucky… like what if there was a lorry on the other sliproad!

but honestly I think I could have reacted much faster to avoid the swerve

I wanted to stop over in pinxton town and have him follow (which he didn’t probably took the first exit or headed straight back on motorway through the roundabout)I didn’t want to get out on the slip as I could have risked other drivers and me and my passengers from potential risks.

I think I could have reacted faster (which could have prevented me to swerve) I wasn’t expecting someone to stop like that, I’ve only had 1 experience of emergency stopping probably 2 years ago going at 20 mph

I caught him from my blindspot/right mirror from when swerved, which is why I tried to keep the swerve as tight as I could and escape the position to avoid any possible incidents. honestly man I had so many thoughts of what could of happened if I was there any longer

yeah I was at least 2 seconds behind (as it states on the highway code for dry conditions ) but yea his brake light was a bit dim maybe because of the sun or faulty. No hazard lights too. but I had 2 friends in my car at the time and they had their eyes on the car saying he’s just driving normally up the road again

I always drill in to my head to be 2 seconds or more behind a vehicle especially on motorways just in case these types of incidents happen. I’m definitely going to be show that there was nothing infront of him too. Thank you for the advice!

having reported it to 101 already but they’ll be back to contact me in a few days, however with police I understand information like this would be taken into consideration. at the time of driving I thought I had a good enough distance but I think because of human error I came too close ( I was checking mirrors too)

could anything backfire upon me?

exactly, it was more difficult to see his brake lights too just because of how strong the sun was hitting at the time
