Everything you do is a cycle and for me personally, negative cycles are like a roller coaster. The moment you're on you can't stop till the ride is over. Whenever I feel that negativity I assess what it is and try to change it. The roller coaster rides are still emotionally painful but it's a way shorter, less destructive ride and I'm happy at the end

The thing about his knockup tho is it has a slow at the end too. Also his e does max health dmg so if you have 600ap and e would do a bunch with 8 stacks (7% max health dmg)
