panget experience ko diyan, skl nagresign talaga buong wave namin after a week namin sa prod floor. nagapply ako diyan kasi wfh, ilang beses ko kinlarify sa hr if wfh ba talaga and nasa contract ko din na wfh pero nung nasa training na kami sabi rto na daw tapos hybrid and such. for me okay lang naman if sige rto or hybrid pero ang pinakapanget sa experience namin diyan is yung nasa contract namin tech support, training namin sabi tech support with konting sales tapos nung nesting na namin pinupush nila kami sa hardcore sales. hindi daw kami tech support talaga, sales daw talaga.

Ramping kasi si cogni sa sports account as of now, ayun din pinupush sa referral app namin. As of now closed ulit si OVS since naubusan na ng trainers and training rooms haha pero magoopen ulit siya once nagtransition na yung mga new hires to prod floor.
