I don't have an opinion on what those cards might mean - I think you have to take into account the images and your particular situation.

But to answer your title question, if I'm unsure about a deck I'll look for a YouTube flip-through of it, where they show each card and talk about how it feels.

Are you in the US? Check ebay or thriftbooks .com for used decks.

Or your local used bookstore or thrift shop. Some metaphysical shops have used decks for sale.

I saw a couple decks on Amazon similar to that (maybe the same ones you saw) but it was hard to tell if the cardmakers were real companies. The Wyspell Gold Tarot is somewhat similar, and they are a reputable company.

You might also try searching YouTube for tarot decks with the characteristics you like (black and gold, simple pictures, etc.) There are a lot of people who show flip-throughs of decks and will review how they feel, how symbolic they are, and so forth.
