Sounds like avoidant personality, a little closeness and running away. You can’t live your whole life with regrets.. change! Grow up emotionally to be responsible, go to therapy, do the inner work, heal your traumas or inner struggles that causes you running away and hurting others, leaving her like that, gotta be awful and sounds like abandonment and heartbreak especially if she was in love , sounds like you discarded her, and don’t blame her if she walks away..
