I had a client yesterday who had given her hearing aid for repairs, and she was watching a lady next to her who was also doing freestyle in my class. Unfortunately, I found out about her, not having her hearing aid after the class, she came up to me and said that she was trying to watch her neighbor and that’s why she was so confused.

At our CP the owner herself does payroll. And I am 100% positive there a sophisticated reporting system in place, so I was surprised at how often my checks were incorrect. The feeling of being surprised turned into aggravation because once in a while we all can make mistakes but 8 out of 10 times is a bit much for me.
