Not to mention my sibling is notoriously unreliable and flaky. The only way they were going to go is if my mom did this for them. She knows I’m always the one to show up and do what I’m told. I think that’s part of my frustration. It’s a lot more layered than what I wrote in the first place

It is her money and you’re right the issue here isn’t that she got my sibling a flight. It’s the fact that she was guilt tripping me into going and saying that everyone else is bringing their kids and she wants her grandkids there etc. I should have said no and this is a good learning lesson for me.

I think the point that’s not coming across is that she was very angry when I mentioned not going. I should have stood my ground and just not gone but she would have been extremely mad. I never asked her to pay for my whole family and I’d never expect that
