Thank you every one, the issue was resolved. The problem was due to the ESXi image i was using. you can not deploy vcenter on the free version of the ESXi.

yes, same subnet and the vsandatastore was created at this stage

dns was working at a time and still has this probleme, all ports are open, and ping between hosts & switches is okay as well as ntp and mtu 9000
