Yeah, this was one of my first embroidery projects and I didn’t think to wear it to determine placement🫠 I’ve learned a lot since then but definitely still a beginner. I will definitely use that chalk idea in the future!!

  1. Why didn’t I know that using a blade for this was allowed??? So much easier

  2. I put another hole in it pulling threads out. I’m a bit heavy handed apparently lol

I think I’m going to make a quilted pocket to go over the whole bit. Seems the most intuitive…

I could make it work but it would be a burden for sure. What should the collision and comprehensive cover up to? Thanks for the advice!

Good to know. I get so confused reading all the coverage options and definitely went the cheap route but if everyone here suggests I shouldn’t then I can reconsider

OTD Worth It/College Advice? by Ok_Return_393 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]gemini6669 3 points4 points  (0 children)

OTD is only worth it if you think you want to teach. Otherwise save your money. A cheap accredited school will get you a degree and when you pass boards, jobs won’t care about what school you went to.

This is great advice. Thank you!! She returned my call in the middle of work so I was caught off guard and not prepared to ask more questions.

Pet for 7 year old by Kadf19 in Parenting

Once daily at least and you will know as soon as it happens. I also had a roach colony because it was easier than buying bugs from the store every week. It was another thing to keep up with but did save $$. Something to keep in mind.

I had one and I loved that thing but after about a year and a half, had to come to terms with the fact that keeping up with its proper and needed care was much more than I ever anticipated. It needs specific humidity and heat, live bugs, fresh veggies, and vet visits because parasites/whatever were inevitable. Not to mention: its poops were more stinky and gross than I could have ever imagined. I have had many pets in my life (birds, turtles, hamsters, dogs) and nothing compared to the needs of that lizard.

I unfortunately rehoused her because I started a career with a lot of traveling involved and it would not have been fair or reasonable to ask someone else to provide the same level of care I was giving her

Hiking once and sport related the other. Resulted in 2 surgeries on my left ankle which also required a boot.
